NewPro began as a replacement window company. In the last few years they have downplayed their focus on windows and now offer siding, bathtubs, gutters, roofs, and doors. At one time they manufactured their own window, but they closed their factory in 2013 and now install an unnamed brand. NewPro is a New England based company with headquarters in Woburn Massachusetts.
NewPro has been an accredited member of the Eastern MA Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 1974. They have an overall BBB rating of A+ despite 26 complaints filed against them in the last 36 months.
NewPro has a “C” rating on Angie’s List – They are rated 1 -1/2-Stars on Yelp.

★ 1-Stars -MARCH 2017, Wakefield MA – I moved into a home that had Newpro double pane window’s throughout the house. About two years ago, the window in my son’s room shattered and pieces of one of the panes of glass flew all over his room. A tech came over to fix it after I made a big deal of the situation. Just last week, the same thing happened in my daughter’s room. This time, she was laying right next to the window when it exploded. When I called the NewPro Service Dept, the woman on the other end said that this happens sometimes. I’ve NEVER heard of this happening! It’s a big danger to children (and adults). I am very upset. I would never puchase Newpro windows. I’ve since learned they are VERY expensive windows. You would think for a higher price your receive higher quality windows that wouldn’t explode! Incredible.
